Collective Story Harvesting- for Leaders, Facilitators, Educators, Health, Welfare and Community Workers

At every moment in work and life we are learning. Every experience gives us the opportunity to gather important skills and knowledge that can help ourselves -- and others -- to be more successful in the future. But how do you uncover and activate this knowledge?

There is a power in our stories of experience and action -- whether it be personal or the story of an organisation, community or initiatives -- that can be gained when we make collective sense and meaning of it together.

Through the simple, yet powerful method of Collective Story Harvest, you will:

● Learn how to change what you’ve experienced in the past into wisdom for the future
● Explore a simple, potent method for working with a group to find the gold in the stories of your organisation, team, project, community or initiative
● Dig into the stories around you to find out where you can strategically invite others to help you make the most of the learning you’ve gathered
● Create a plan for your next action steps

This is a very hands on and active session. You will walk away with a powerful tool and an action plan for how to use it.

Who is this for?    Leaders who want to:-

● reap the full benefit of what’s been learned through projects and initiatives
● unleash the power of the teams they work with
● expand their skillset of dealing with complexity
● Create a plan for your next action steps

This is a very hands on and active session. You will walk away with a powerful tool and an action plan for how to use it.
