Helen believes the art of storytelling is a collection skills and that the telling of stories is woven into the fabric of every culture throughout the world. Using story as metaphor, she finds it helps to get her messages across - when speaking to groups in the community. She believes that through oral storytelling, we can connect with - and access - memories from deep within us to promote healing.
