THE STORY RECIPE BOOK

THE STORY RECIPE BOOK, is a project that the guild members are working on over a couple of years

In 2007 we did the STORY QUILT and that was a huge success with 40 members making a patch depicting a story. This has been made into a CALENDAR [2009 available now]  and a BOOK will follow.

The STORY RECIPE BOOK will contain a story about food, eg, food disasters, funny food incidents, best meal, worst meal, last meal] with a recipe and an illustration. It is hoped that this will be made into a beautiful book and also a calendar, similar to the QUILT calendar. MEMBERS are invited, indeed, encouraged to send in a story and a recipe. If you are not a member and would like to be included in the book, membership is only $45 for one year. So members, we only have a few stories in as yet so there is still time. The story must be condensed into a total of 500 words and include a recipe that fits the story. contact Kiran Shah  at kiranstoryteller@gmail.com
